Today is the school's last day, with kindergarteners and sixth-graders celebrating their promotion for a final time in the school's century-old history...

  1. The district didn't even have the class to send a single representative to school today to express regret and recognize the work that has gone on for over 100 years.

    Shame on them.

  3. I can not believe that they are closing this school. This school is a part of history. For them to be closing a 103 year old school is absolutely outrageous. I live in Robinson Ranch, not far from the canyon. I love the canyon area and I think it is gorgeous. I am so appalled that they have decided to close this school. I strongly support the saving of Silverado.
